Our CGI’s for this project showcase the development of a plot of land to the side of an existing house on a site in Epping. The architects proposed a design that matched the street housing typology and our visuals illustrate the sensitively considered proposal within the surrounding context. The CGI’s were useful for the local authority to visualise the proposal when they assessed the full planning application.
