Our CGI’s for this project showcase this Permitted Development Class AA Airspace Extension above an existing four-storey flatted building in North London. We worked alongside the architects throughout the project to produce visuals of the development for a pre-application enquiry and later the full planning application submission to the Local Authority. The CGI’s were valuable for our clients in demonstrating to the local authority the sensitively designed proposal within the surrounding context.
